Lowell was a small town slowly demolished to permit expansion of a pit mine in Bisbee, Arizona until only one block of building remained. This block has been dolled up with petroliana, vintage automobiles, and other nostalgia pieces to delight antique car collectors, and photographers like me. The afternoon was full of thunder and lightning so I set up long exposures in the hope of collecting a few rare flashes. These are some of the best. The pickup truck in the foreground is a 1950-1952 International Harvester of the 110, 112, or 120 series.
