Owned by the Crown Estate, the Steetley Pier in Hartlepool first opened in the 1930s. Known for it's gorgeous views, the pier was built by Dudley Magnesium. It is 50 feet tall. UK: THIS BRITISH photographer deliberately got cut-off at high tide to capture the perfect picture of this sea stack at sunrise. One picturesque image featured an epic sunrise beaming towards a big stack of rocks in Ryhope, near Sunderland. Other dazzling photos showed a hazy purple sunset over the Cuillin mountains at Elgol in the Isle of Skye, and the sun rising over rusty wheels in the harbour town of Seaham. Supermarket worker and part-time photographer, Dave Brightwell (52) from Peterlee, UK snapped the beautiful photographs this summer across Scotland and the North East of England, UK.
