A cannon in the gardens, pointing out to sea in front of the Eastern & Oriental (E&O) Hotel in Goerge Town capital city of Penang in Malaysia, The cannons were purchased by the Sarkies brothers who founded the Eastern & Oriental Hotel (E&O in 1889, purchased the canons from nearby Fort Cornwallis. These cannons were placed in the longest hotel sea front in the world as garden ornaments, They have remained a fixture of the hotel to this day.
