Weitere Informationen

The waters of the Great Bear Rainforest of mid-coast British Columbia are rich feeding grounds for Orcas (killer whales), humpback whales, fin whales and right whales. The whales will be endangered by tanker traffic though these environmentally sensitive waters, and especially by any oil spill that might occur. This image is of a mother humpback whale and her calf as they swim side by side.
