Non Exclusive: A police officer in a combat helmet stands behind a damaged car outside a private kindergarten in the Kholodnohirskyi district hit by three Russian Shahed drones, Kharkiv, Ukraine, on October 22, 2025. At around 11:00 am local time on Wednesday, October 22, Russian troops attacked the Kholodnohirskyi district of Kharkiv with three Shahed drones. The UAVs hit a private educational centre, where up to 50 children were present. During the air raid, they were taken to the nearest shelter, and from there, they were evacuated by rescuers. A fire broke out in the building. As a result of the attack, a 40-year-old man suffered fatal injuries. Nine other people were wounded, and all of them received medical assistance.
