Relatives of the victims during a tribute for the Hipercor bombing 36 years later, on June 19, 2023, in Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain). The attack was the explosion of a Ford Sierra in the second basement of the Hipercor on Meridiana Avenue in Barcelona, loaded with ammonia and flammable liquid. The car bomb was triggered by a timer programmed by the ETA gang.
