Germany, Cologne, the Chandelier Hall of the sewerage system under the street Theodor-Heuss-Ring. For the dedication 1890, the room was decorated with two chandeliers, because Kaiser Wilhelm II. was invited. The old chandeliers were later replaced by an electric. The building is still part of the sewer system and also serves as a storm water overflow. During heavy rainfall, the water of the annular channel on the left runs over the wall and flows through the right channel directly to the river Rhine.
